Small manufacturing and supply businesses often track stock, attendance and payroll in separate places: sheets, paper and manual calculations. Salaries take time to work out because of lateness, absences, overtime and advances, and nobody has a clear, current view of what is in stock or who showed up.
ONTHLINE keeps stock, attendance and payroll in one platform. Staff check in and out with a location check, stock moves are recorded as they happen, and payroll is calculated automatically from attendance, including deductions, overtime, bonuses and advances. Late arrivals above a set limit go to an admin to decide. Payslips and monthly reports are exported as PDF, and access is split between admin, storekeeper and viewer roles.
