Viewing or measuring a plan usually means installing heavy, licensed CAD software. Anyone outside the team often can’t open the file at all, and producing a PDF at the correct scale takes time.

A lightweight tool that opens the file instantly and covers the essentials: Window and crossing selection, with distance, radius, angle and area measurement and object snap Layer on/off and isolate Vector PDF export with paper sizes from A4 to A0, scales from 1:1 to 1:1000, and a title block
